Shipping & Returns


If you are in our standard delivery service area in Tempe, we will deliver in-stock office supplies for free the next day. Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery. Outside the standard delivery service area, we ship next day, but cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

We also offer same-day priority service for urgent orders within Arizona. Orders must be greater than $100 (before tax) and placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to qualify for priority service.


We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you’re not, please return it within 14 days of purchase (some exclusions apply). Products must be unopened, and in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Shipping and return fees are not refundable. Where order errors are the fault of Royal Office Products, we will correct the error at no additional shipping cost. Refunds and exchanges require receipt/invoice and verification of name, address, postal code, and phone number with a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license). No returns after 14 days. Where shipped, packaging must be dated within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for refund.

All refunds will be credited back in the form of payment originally tendered. If a gift card was used, the amount refunded will go back onto a gift card. Items purchased by cheque and returned within 14 days, will be refunded on a gift card.

Defective products will be exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
